Lahore (Web Desk): Nobel Prize Laureate Malala Yousafzai among many other celebrities have condemned the firing incident on former premier and Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan in Wazirabad.
“Attacks on leaders of any political belief or party are always wrong. And violence is never an acceptable protest. Wishing ImranKhan a full recovery,” she said in a tweet.

“I remember the dark, depressing days n time after the assassination of Shaheed mohtarma BeNazir Bhutto,” Ali Zafar said in a tweet and added, “God forbid had anything fatal happened to ImranKhan, no one can imagine what would erupt. If this is his spirit after being shot 3-4 times in the leg we do need to ImranKhan.”

Imran Khan survived an ‘assassination attempt’ Thursday on the 7th day of the party’s ‘Haqeeqi Long March’ and is currently undergoing medical treatment in Shaukat Khanum Hospital Lahore.
