Gold price increases by Rs8,100 per tola in Pakistan 

Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24-karat gold surged to a new all-time high on Monday, climbing by Rs8,100 to reach Rs357,800 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA).

This sharp increase comes after the metal was traded at Rs349,700 on the previous trading day.
Similarly, the rate for 10 grams of 24-karat gold rose by Rs6,944, settling at Rs306,755, while 10 grams of 22-karat gold saw an uptick of Rs6,366, bringing the price to Rs281,202.

Silver prices also followed an upward trajectory. The per tola rate increased by Rs24 to Rs3,441, and the price of 10 grams advanced by Rs21 to Rs2,950.

On the international front, gold registered a significant gain of $69, trading at $3,395 per ounce compared to the previous $3,326. Silver posted a more modest increase of $0.22, reaching $32.77 per ounce.
