Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24 karat gold surged by Rs5,900 on Tuesday, reaching an all-time high of Rs363,700 per tola, compared to Rs357,800 on the previous trading day, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSGJA).
Alongside this increase, the rate for 10 grams of 24 karat gold rose by Rs5,059, climbing from Rs306,755 to Rs311,814.
Similarly, the price for 10 grams of 22 karat gold saw an uptick of Rs4,637, moving from Rs281,202 to Rs285,839.
On the other hand, silver rates remained unchanged, with the price per tola steady at Rs3,441 and 10 grams at Rs2,950.
In the international market, gold prices recorded a gain of $59, rising from $3,395 to $3,454, while silver remained flat at $32.77.
