Riyadh (Web Desk): Eid ul Fitr will be celebrated on Monday as Shawwal moon has been not sighted in Saudi Arabia and UAE.
“The Crescent of Shawaal 1443 was NOT SEEN today, subsequently, the month of Ramadan will complete 30 days tomorrow and Monday 2nd May, 2022 will be the day of Eid,” the official Twitter account of Haramain announced.

The Shawwal crescent was not sighted in the UAE on Saturday and therefore, Sunday, May 1, will be the last day of the Ramadan, and Monday May 2 will be the first day of Eid Al Fitr, according to the UAE Moon Sighting Committee.
