Karachi (Web Desk): The 33rd death anniversary of renowned Urdu poet and broadcaster Eshrat Rahmani is being observed today (Thursday).

Born Imtiaz Ali Khan on April 16, 1910, in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh, British India, Rahmani's journey through life was marked by a profound exploration of the human soul, love, loss, and the changing tides of society.

His literary voice, rich with emotional depth and social insight, became a beacon for poetry enthusiasts, earning him a place among the greats of Urdu literature.
