Islamabad (Web Desk): Prime Minister Imran Khan has once again emphasized the need for averting humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan.
The concerns regarding Afghan situation were expressed by Pthe premier during his telephonic conversation with Federal Chancellor of Austria Karl Nehammer, the Radio Pakistan reported.
Sharing the details of his conversation in a tweet on Saturday, the prime minister posted, “I invited him to visit Pakistan & look forward to receiving him here. Our first concern is how to avert humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan. We would also like to collaborate on developing northern areas tourism & furthering tech (technical) collab (collaboration) on model of Pak-Austria Fachhochshule IAST.”
In the related tweet, the Federal Chancellor of Austria said he discussed the Afghan situation with Prime Minister Imran Khan and the need to stabilize the country in particular by providing humanitarian aid.
He said both the sides also took stock of their good bilateral relations and discussed economic cooperation.
