Kashmir (Staff Report): Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has said that who left loadshedding issue unresolved during their tenure, now protesting.
While addressing an inauguration ceremony of Neelum Jhelum Hydro Power Project on Friday, Nawaz said that when PML-N came into power Pakistan was facing extreme energy crisis, adding that people were predicting that Pakistan would default in 2012 but now, the country is heading towards progress.
According to reports, at least 92 percent construction work of the project has been completed, involving extensive tunnels excavation work in one of the hardest terrains.
The first unit of the 969 MW project will start generating electricity by the end of February next year while the second unit in mid-March, whereas the third and the fourth unit will be completed in April next year.
