Gujranwala (Staff Report): Fire fighters extinguished the fire after over eight hours struggle, but all the goods worth millions turned into ashes.
It took authorities around eight hours to extinguish the blaze after which the cooling process has been initiated. Nine fire tenders took part in the rescue operations.
Earlier today, a sudden fire engulfed double-storey plastic goods manufacturing factory located in Gujranwala on Thursday morning.
Rescue teams stated that nearby residential buildings were evacuated timely in aftermath of the raging fire.
Massive cracks were developed in the walls of the factory and the factory building may susceptible to collapse anytime. However, no loss of life has been reported so far.
The cause of fire could not be ascertained immediately.
