Sialkot (Staff Report): Nation commemorates the Poet of the East Allama Muhammad Iqbal today (Saturday) on April 21, on his 88th death anniversary.
According to details, the day will dawn with special prayers in the mosques for peace, prosperity, national integrity and development in his native town.
The arrangements for Quran Khawani will be held at the Iqbal Manzil, the native residence of Allama Iqbal under the auspices of Bazm-i-Iqbal Sialkot Syed Riaz Hussain Naqvi, in-charge/caretaker said.
A large number of people from all walks of life will participate. They will offer Fateha for the departed soul of Allama Iqbal.
