Islamabad: The federal government on Thursday denied allegations that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan was in solitary confinement.
In a response submitted to the Supreme Court, the government added photographs of Khan meeting with his legal team in prison and other facilities.
The document includes pictures of the cell, and details of amenities provided to PTI founder, including an LED TV, a room cooler, and a study table, and fitness equipment with a chair.
Under the outlined guidelines, Imran was to be allowed to meet his family and lawyers in two separate sessions on Tuesday, while a single session on Thursday will be reserved for his lawyers/friends.
