Mianwali (Staff Report): A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) jet crashed near Mianwali while on routine operational training on Thursday, a press release issued by PAF said.
"PAF reports with regret that a PAF F-7PG aircraft, while on a routine operational training mission, crashed near Mianwali. The pilot of the aircraft ejected safely," the statement read.
No loss of life and property was reported in the crash, the PAF said.
A spokesman for the PAF said that the F-7P aircraft crashed after it developed a technical fault during a routine flight.
A board of inquiry has been ordered to determine the cause of the accident.
