Lahore (Web Desk): YouTube has launce live-streaming on your mobile to share what you’re doing whenever and wherever.
Now every creator with over 10,000 subscribers will be able to use the feature and live stream on the go straight from their smart phone.
After announcing mobile live streaming last year and launching it for a few select creators YouTube are dropping the feature for many more users.
You can open up You tube live streaming on mobile just by clicking YouTube app directly in your mobile. The videos will function the same as regular videos and can be found via search, recommendations, playlists and also secured from unwanted viewers.
The new feature will give hundreds of thousands of users a new, direct platform to interact with their subscribers and fans within the palm of their hand. As YouTube say, they have “supported live streaming since, well, before Beyoncé even had a baby – way back in 2011!” and have been making the experience constantly better ever since.
The mobile live streaming uses YouTube’s rock-solid infrastructure, meaning it’ll be fast and reliable, just the YouTube you know and love. And we’ve been working hand-in-hand with hundreds of creators to refine the mobile streaming experience while they stream from a boat or take live calls from their fans.
Whilst YouTube live streaming on mobile is currently exclusive to channels with more than 10,000 subscribers, YouTube promise that “the rest of you will have it soon!”.
