Islamabad (Staff Report): The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has ordered removal of terrorism sections in Fahad Malik murder case.
Raja Arshad and Nauman Khokar, accused in Fahad Malik murder case, had appealed the ATC to remove the terrorism sections in the charges being framed against them.
The court approved the request and ordered to delete the terrorism sections.
After deletion of the section, both the accused Nauman Khokhar and Raja Arshad will be appeared before the District and Sessions Court West for their next hearing.
