Gaza (Web Desk): More prisoners and captives are set for release on the second day of a four-day truce agreed by Hamas and Israel, as Hamas shares list of captives to be released on Saturday with Israel.
14 Israelis held by Hamas, 42 Palestinians held in Israeli jails will be released today, including 18 Palestinian women and 24 teenage boys.
Thirty-nine Palestinians released from Israeli prisons and 13 Israelis released by Hamas, were welcomed home on Saturday as Palestinians in Gaza enjoy a night free from Israeli attacks on 1st day of 4-day ceasefire, although happiness is mixed with uncertainty at what follows the brief truce.
Ten Thais and one Filipino were also freed from Gaza and will soon be travelling home while Thailand’s government confirmed that 20 of its nationals are still being held by Hamas in Gaza following Friday’s release of captives.

The Palestine Red Crescent Society says it received 196 aid trucks through the Rafah border crossing on Friday.Limited humanitarian aid trucks arrive in northern Gaza after days through Rafah crossing.

Hamas handed over Israeli captives to the International Committee of the Red Cross in Gaza, who then took them into Egypt through the Rafah crossing where they were hand over to Israeli officials. Hospital officials said most of the Israeli captives freed on Friday appear to be in good physical health.
At least 14,800 Palestinians are martyred including more than 6000 children since October 7.
