Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that his party is ready to sign a new charter of democracy.
He said that PPP is ready to initiate a dialogue with opponent political parties to strengthen democratic system in the country.
Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Tuesday, Bilawal said that he kick started his election campaign from Karachi and then also addressed gatherings in South Punjab.
He said his visit to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa also remained very productive in terms of motivating the voters. He said today he is leading a rally to Lala Musa.
Bilawal said the country is faced with serious economic challenges and the menace of extremism and terrorism.
He said the PPP after coming to the parliament will focus its attention on addressing these issues. He said the PPP is the only party which can steer the country out of current challenging times.
Responding to a question, Bilawal said it is the right of political parties to criticize their opponents but it should be within limits. He said the main focus of parties should be on issues and present their plans and manifestos before the masses.
When asked about his party's position in Punjab province, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said his party will show good performance in the province. He said his party will continue to raise voice for the laborers and peasants.
