YouTube introduces AI-powered auto-dubbing in 27 languages

California (Web Desk): YouTube has launched a new feature that allows viewers to watch and listen to any video in their native language. According to international media, YouTube has significantly expanded its AI-driven auto-dubbing, making global content more accessible than ever.

The latest update shows that YouTube’s auto-dubbing now supports 27 languages. Viewers can easily select their preferred language in YouTube settings, and when a dubbed version is available, the platform will automatically play the video in that language.

The goal of this update is to make videos more accessible, featuring the major upgrade “Expressive Speech,” a new AI technology designed to preserve the original creator’s tone, emotions, and speaking style.

This innovation aims to eliminate the mechanical voice-overs that often make dubbed content less appealing.

Currently, the feature is available in English, French, German, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish, with YouTube confirming that more languages will be added soon.
