PM Imran urges world to hold India accountable for its crimes against Kashmiris

Islamabad (Web Desk): Prime Minister Imran Khan while reaffirming Pakistan’s abiding commitment to the Kashmir cause, has called upon the international community, including the United Nations (UN), human rights organisations and the global media, to hold India accountable for its crimes against the Kashmiri people.

In a series of tweets on Thursday on the occasion of completion of two years of India's illegal and unilateral steps in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), the premier expressed the confidence that the Kashmiris' struggle will succeed.

Imran Khan said the world over the last two years has witnessed unprecedented oppression in IIOJK by the Occupation forces. It is also witnessing Indian efforts to force demographic change and destroy Kashmiri identity.

“Despite these brazen violations of all international laws, repeated human rights violations, well documented by world media and human rights organizations and in the face of an unprecedented ruthless military siege, the Kashmiri people remain undaunted in their struggle for self-determination,” PM Imran said.

Saluting the sacrifices of Kashmiri brothers and sisters in their determined and legitimate struggle for their inalienable rights, the premier said the Indian government's barbarism in IIOJK is inspired by its RSS Hindutva ideology.

Prime Minister Imran Khan said India today is destroying regional stability through its rogue actions and state sponsored terrorism in contravention of all international laws and norms.
