President Zardari felicitates Belgian leadership on National Day

Islamabad (Web Desk): President Asif Ali Zardari has conveyed his warm wishes to King Philippe of Belgium, the Belgian government, and the people of the country on the occasion of their National Day.

In his message, the President said that Pakistan and Belgium share a long-standing and friendly relationship based on mutual respect, trust, and goodwill.

He highlighted that the two nations have gradually expanded their cooperation over the years, developing a productive partnership in various fields.

President Zardari also underlined Pakistan’s importance of engagement with the European Union, where Belgium holds a significant position.

He expressed Pakistan’s desire to further enhance cooperation with Belgium and work together towards common goals, including peace, sustainable development, and shared prosperity.

The President voiced confidence that the existing ties of friendship and collaboration between Pakistan and Belgium would continue to strengthen in the coming years, bringing greater benefits to the people of both countries.
