Pakistan has defeated India militarily and diplomatically: Bilawal Bhutto

Karachi (Web Desk): Chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and former Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari stated that Pakistan has defeated India not only on the military front but also on the diplomatic front, despite India being seven times larger in population and resources.

Upon returning from a successful diplomatic tour of the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe, Bilawal was warmly welcomed by PPP leaders and supporters at Karachi Airport’s Old Terminal. Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, Senator Sherry Rehman, and Saeed Ghani were also present.

Addressing the gathering, Bilawal said that Pakistan’s armed forces delivered a decisive blow to India with great valor. He added that after India’s defeat on the battlefield, it tried to undermine Pakistan diplomatically but failed.

Bilawal emphasized that Pakistan’s victory was secured through truth, constitutional principles, and peaceful diplomacy, which exposed India’s false narrative on the global stage. He revealed that during the recent conflict, Pakistan shot down six Indian warplanes—initially denied by India but later acknowledged.

He highlighted that the Indus Waters Treaty is not just about water, but a matter of survival for Pakistan. Bilawal warned that if India continues to violate the treaty, Pakistan will take all necessary measures to defend its rivers.

Bilawal further stated that Pakistan’s stance was successfully presented at the United Nations and other international forums, resulting in a global consensus in Pakistan’s favor.

He accused that India’s recent actions were aimed at targeting the PPP rather than just the Sindh province. Bilawal also criticized certain political groups who claim to be nationalist but remain silent on these issues, warning that the public will not forgive such silence.

Reiterating Pakistan’s commitment to Kashmir, Bilawal said that PPP has always raised its voice for the Kashmiri people and will continue to do so.

Concluding his speech, Bilawal said he returned after exposing India’s true face on the international stage, and now even the US President has expressed willingness to facilitate dialogue on the Kashmir issue.
