Washington (Web Desk): US President Donald Trump, speaking at an event at the White House, claimed that Pakistan had shot down five to six Indian aircraft during the recent tensions between the two countries.
Discussing the escalating conflict and the threat of nuclear war, President Trump emphasized his significant role in brokering a ceasefire, advising both nations to engage in dialogue and trade.
Pakistan had previously claimed to have downed five Indian jets during the four-day conflict, while the Indian military also acknowledged losing some aircraft.
Trump stated, "I believe that five jets were indeed shot down." India, however, disagreed with this claim, asserting that the ceasefire was the result of their own efforts.
The U.S. President also addressed the issue of cryptocurrency, stating that the U.S. aims to be a global leader in the field.
