Dense fog at Lahore airport disrupts flight operations

Lahore (Web Desk): Dense fog surrounding Lahore Airport has caused significant disruptions in air traffic, leading to the cancellation and delay of numerous flights.

According to airport authorities, five flights departing for and arriving from international destinations have been canceled, while more than six other flights have been delayed. The visibility around the airport is currently reduced to just 600 meters, significantly impacting flight operations.

The Meteorological Department has forecast that the fog's intensity may increase further, prompting airport management and relevant authorities to remain alert and take necessary precautions. Airport officials have urged passengers to check their flight status in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

If the fog continues to intensify, the situation may worsen, and additional measures will be required to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers.
