Gold price increases by Rs6100 , reaches to Rs359,000 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices witnessed a significant hike across Pakistan, with the price of one tola rising by Rs6,100 to reach Rs359,000, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association.

The price of 10 grams of gold also increased substantially, climbing by Rs5,229 to Rs307,784.

The surge in local gold prices corresponds with a rise in the global market, where gold prices went up by $61, settling at $3,363 per ounce.

Market experts attribute this increase to global economic factors and heightened demand in the country. The sudden rise has caused considerable movement in the jewelry market, impacting buyers and sellers alike.
