Gold price increases by Rs2,100, reaches Rs349,200 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24-karat gold saw a notable rise, gaining Rs2,100 per tola, reaching Rs349,200 on Tuesday, up from Rs347,100 in the previous trading session, as reported by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSGJA).

Similarly, the price of 24-karat gold for 10 grams also climbed by Rs1,800, now standing at Rs299,382 compared to Rs297,582.

Additionally, the cost of 22-karat gold for 10 grams surged by Rs1,659, hitting Rs274,443 from its earlier price of Rs272,784.

Meanwhile, the prices of silver remained unchanged, with the per tola rate holding steady at Rs3,497 and the price for 10 grams staying at Rs2,998.

On the international front, gold prices increased slightly by $21, reaching $3,310 from $3,289. Silver, however, maintained its price at $32.97.
