DPM Ishaq Dar to meet US Secretary of State in Washington today

Washington (Web Desk): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar is scheduled to meet US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Washington, D.C. today to review bilateral relations and discuss regional and global issues of mutual interest.

According to details, the talks are expected to cover ways to enhance cooperation in key sectors, along with Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts aimed at promoting peace and stability in the region.

The visit is being seen as part of Pakistan’s continued commitment to strengthening its long-standing and broad-based partnership with the United States.

Meanwhile, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar has arrived in Washington, D.C. on an official visit. He was received upon arrival by Pakistan’s Ambassador to the United States Rizwan Saeed Sheikh and senior officials of the Pakistani Embassy.
