Lahore (Web Desk): Punjab School Education Minister Murad Raas on Tuesday announced that all schools in Punjab will remain closed for summer vacation from July 1 to August 1, 2021.
Announcing the decision on Twitter, the minister requested all the children and their families to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) issued by the government to curb the spread of COVID-19.

Summer vacation for Schools of Punjab to start July 1st, 2021 till August 1st, 2021. In these times of vacation, my request to all the children and their families is to follow SOPs issued by the government.
Meanwhile, the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) announced the summer vacation for all the educational institutions in the federal capital, starting from July 18.
In its notification, the FDE said that the educational institutions will reopen from August 1.
