President Zardari vows to protect rights of all provinces

Garhi Khuda Bux (Web Desk/Agencies): President Asif Ali Zardari on Friday reaffirmed Pakistan People's Party’s (PPP) unwavering commitment to the people and the nation.

Addressing the party workers at Garhi Khuda Bakhsh on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto’s death, he emphasized that while the world may speak of superpowers, Pakistan's true strength lies in the power of its own people.

President Zardari praised the party’s accomplishments, particularly the long-awaited reversal of the verdict against Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto, 45 years after his execution.

He reiterated the PPP’s deep-rooted loyalty to the nation and its federal structure, highlighting the party's determination to safeguard Pakistan’s unity and prosperity.

The president reassured the nation that despite the hurdles it faces, the PPP remains resolute in addressing the country's problems and ensuring that basic needs such as water and gas are provided to all citizens.

He also assured the people of Pakistan that the rights of all provinces, including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), Balochistan, Punjab, and Sindh, would continue to be defended.

Expressing confidence in the country's future, the president underscored that scientific and technological advancements would bring positive changes to Pakistan, benefiting the nation and the world at large.

President Zardari called on the people to stay optimistic, promising that the PPP would bring good news and work tirelessly to ensure the stability and progress of the country.
