Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz welcomes UAE president's visit to Pakistan

Lahore (Web Desk): Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz on Friday warmly welcomed the President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on his visit to Pakistan, calling it a proud occasion and an important milestone in strengthening the ties between the two countries.

On behalf of the people of Punjab, she extended heartfelt greetings and highlighted the deep-rooted and exemplary relationship between Pakistan and the UAE, built on trust, mutual respect, and a sense of brotherhood.

She described the President’s first official visit to Pakistan as a distinguished honor for the nation.
Maryam expressed confidence that her belief that this visit would enhance cooperation and open new opportunities for collaboration across multiple sectors.

The Punjab CM also reaffirmed Pakistan’s gratitude for the UAE’s longstanding support and emphasized the shared dedication of both nations to nurturing their partnership and promoting stability in the region.
