Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24 karat gold decreased by Rs800 on Friday, bringing the cost per tola down to Rs282,300 from Rs283,100 the previous day.
According to All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association (ASSJA), for 10 grams of 24 karat gold, the price fell by Rs686 to Rs242,027, compared to Rs242,713 earlier while the cost of 10 grams of 22 karat gold also declined, dropping to Rs221,858 from Rs222,487.
Meanwhile, the prices for silver remained unchanged, with per tola silver still at Rs3,350 and 10 grams at Rs2,872.08.
Moreover, gold prices in the international market saw a decline of $8, falling from $2,734 to $2,726.
