Rahim Yar Khan (Web Desk): Pakistan and United Arab Emirates (UAE) have expressed the resolve to further enhance brotherly relations between the two countries.
This was discussed during a meeting between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Rahim Yar Khan on Wednesday.
During their meeting at the airport, PM Shehbaz recalled his recent visit to the United Arab Emirates and emphasized that both countries would work on the understandings reached between the two leaders during his visit to the UAE, in various fields.
On this ocassion, President of the UAE Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, said that the brotherly relations between the two countries went back many decades and his father, who had immense love for Pakistan and its people, laid the foundation of their bilateral ties.
Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan said that he considers Pakistan as his second home and assured PM Shehbaz that the UAE would always stand by Pakistan.
Earlier, on his arrival at Chandna Airport, the prime minister along with other government functionaries received the UAE president.
“Extremely delighted to receive my brother His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed on his arrival in Pakistan, which is his second home. Building on our last meeting, we discussed ways & means to further strengthen our brotherly relations,” PM Shehbaz wrote on Twitter.

This is the second interaction between the two leaders of the friendly nations as PM Shehbaz visited UAE earlier this month to discuss economic ties.
