Gold price increases by Rs3,500, reaches to Rs351,000 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices in Pakistan saw a significant rise on Friday, with the rate of 24 karat gold per tola increasing by Rs3,500.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSGJA), the new price reached Rs351,000, up from Rs347,500 on the previous trading day. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold rose by Rs3,000, climbing to Rs300,925 from Rs297,925. The 10-gram rate for 22 karat gold also followed this upward trend, increasing by Rs2,750 to reach Rs275,857 compared to the previous Rs273,107.

Silver prices experienced a moderate increase as well. The rate per tola rose by Rs38, bringing the new price to Rs3,466 from Rs3,428. For 10 grams of silver, the price went up by Rs33 to Rs2,971, compared to Rs2,938 a day earlier.

On the international front, gold prices also moved upward, with a gain of $35, reaching $3,326 from the earlier price of $3,291. The price of silver in the global market saw a smaller increase of $0.38, moving to $32.08.
