Gold price increases by Rs9,100, reaches to Rs514,662 per tola in Pakistan 

Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices surged to record highs in Pakistan on Friday, with 24-karat gold per tola climbing by Rs9,100 to reach Rs514,662.

According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the price of 10 grams of pure gold also jumped significantly, rising by Rs7,802 to Rs441,239. Similarly, 10 grams of 22-karat gold saw an increase of Rs7,152, settling at Rs404,483.

Silver followed the upward trend, with 24-karat silver per tola gaining Rs372 to trade at Rs10,275, while 10 grams of silver increased by Rs319 to Rs8,809.

On the international front, gold prices climbed $91 to touch $4,923 per ounce, setting a fresh record, while silver edged up by $3.72 to $98 per ounce, the association added.
