Karachi (Web Desk): In Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 11, Rawalpindiz finally secured their first victory after suffering eight consecutive defeats.

In the match played in Karachi, Rawalpindiz defeated Islamabad United by 6 wickets.

On Thursday, in the 34th match of PSL 11, Rawalpindi won the toss and opted to field first.

Batting first, Islamabad United were bowled out for 137 runs in their allotted 20 overs. Islamabad United Devan Conway top-scored with 40 runs.

In response, Rawalpindiz successfully chased the target of 138 runs in the 19th over with 4 wickets in hand. Rawalpindiz Captain Mohammad Rizwan played a responsible innings of 45 runs, Kamran Ghulam scored 42 not out, while Daryl Mitchell remained unbeaten on 32 runs.

With this win, Rawalpindi ended their eight-match losing streak and registered their first victory in PSL 11.
