Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24 karat gold per tola rose by Rs500 on Monday, now selling at Rs282,300, up from Rs281,800 during the last trading session.
According to the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association (ASSJA), the cost of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also increased by Rs429, bringing it to Rs242,027 from Rs241,598.
Additionally, the price for 10 grams of 22 karat gold went up to Rs221,858, compared to Rs221,465 previously.
In contrast, silver prices remained unchanged, with per tola silver priced at Rs3,150 and 10 grams at Rs2,700.62.
Furthermore, in the international market, gold prices rose by $5, increasing from $2,621 to $2,726, as reported by the association.
