Taapsee Pannu says ready to make peace with Kangana Ranaut

Mumbai (Web Desk): Actress Taapsee Pannu has expressed that she is ready to mend ties and be friends with fellow actress Kangana Ranaut, putting their long-standing dispute behind them.

In a recent interview on a YouTube channel, Taapsee clarified that she has never had a personal conflict with Kangana, though past public spats may have indirectly benefited someone.

Taapsee recalled an incident when Rangoli Chandel referred to her as a “cheap copy of Kangana.” She responded gracefully, saying that since she doesn’t earn as much as Kangana, she was called cheap—but she never took offense or spoke against Kangana.

When asked about differences regarding nepotism in the film industry and whether their past disagreements might have benefited anyone, Taapsee said she wasn’t entirely sure but acknowledged that someone likely gained in some way.

Taapsee emphasized that she is ready to move past old differences and is open to friendship, sending a clear message of reconciliation.

This comes after the 2020 social media clash, when Kangana publicly called Taapsee and Swara Bhaskar “B-grade actresses” and “needy outsiders.” Taapsee had then responded that the fight wasn’t personal and that the goal was to work for a fairer film industry rather than throw mud at each other.
