Lahore (Web Desk): On the special instructions of Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, the provincial government has launched “Ramzan Nigehban Dastarkhwan” across the province in collaboration with philanthropists.
The initiative, introduced to embrace the spiritual essence and blessings of the holy month of Ramazan, served iftar meals to hundreds of thousands of fasting individuals on its very first day.
More than 300 locations have been set up throughout the province where daily Iftar arrangements are being made for large numbers of people.

Fasting guests are served a variety of traditional and flavoured dishes, including qorma, biryani, beverages, pakoras, samosas and other food items in ample quantities.
The Iftar tables have been organized through joint efforts of the Punjab government and charitable individuals, reflecting a strong model of public welfare and collective community support.
Expressing deep satisfaction over the successful launch of the “Ramzan Nigehban Dastarkhwan,” CM Maryam thanked all philanthropists who contributed to the initiative.
She said the iftar tables stand as a symbol of compassion, unity and service to humanity, embodying the true spirit of Ramazan.
The Punjab CM welcomed and thanked millions of fasting people who joined the meals at the Dastarkhwan.
