PM Shehbaz reaffirms Pakistan's commitment to facilitate Saudi investors

Jeddah (Web Desk): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has reiterated Pakistan’s strong commitment to facilitate Saudi investors, emphasizing the country’s immense potential across key sectors such as energy, agriculture, infrastructure, and technology.

In a meeting with Saudi Investment Minister Khalid Al-Falih and Mohammad Al-Tuwaijri, head of the Joint Task Force for Economic Engagement, in Jeddah, the prime minister invited Saudi businesses to explore opportunities through the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), a platform designed to ease the investment process.

Both Saudi officials expressed keen interest in enhancing economic relations with Pakistan.

They discussed ways to increase cooperation between institutions, aiming to fast-track investment projects and ensure their successful execution.

The dialogue focused on creating a framework for deepening economic collaboration and fostering a strong, long-term partnership between the two nations.

The discussions reflect a shared desire to accelerate economic development and to tap into the potential of mutual investments.

The two sides expressed confidence that strengthened ties and quicker implementation of joint initiatives would lead to significant growth for both economies.
