Peshawar (Staff Report): Two people lost their lives when armed men open fire at members of opponent group outside the Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Monday.
According to police, the accused sprayed bullets at the members of opponent group who had come to PHC to pursue a case. As a result of firing two people sustained bullet wounds and rushed to hospital where they succumbed to their wounds.
The police arrested the assailant with murder weapon. Police said they were ascertaining the reasons behind the killing of two persons.
The accused has been shifted to the police station and investigation is underway.
