Gold price increases by Rs2,500 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi  (Web Desk): Gold prices in Pakistan saw a significant increase today. According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold rose by Rs2,500 per tola, reaching Rs357,600.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold increased by Rs2,143, taking the new rate to Rs306,584.

On the global front, gold also witnessed a surge, with the international market price climbing by $25 to reach $3,351 per ounce.

It's worth noting that just a day earlier (Thursday), gold prices had dropped by Rs900 per tola, bringing the rate down to Rs355,100.

Meanwhile, silver prices also went up, with an increase of Rs48 per tola, setting the new price at Rs4,012.
