President Zardari, PM Shehbaz felicitates Tarique Rahman on taking oath as Bangladesh Prime Minister

Islamabad (Web Desk): President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif warmly congratulated Tarique Rahman on his oath-taking as the Prime Minister of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

President Zardari specifically lauded Tarique Rahman for leading the Bangladesh Nationalist Party to a decisive victory and assuming the premiership.

Sharing his thoughts on X, he highlighted the interim government’s efforts in ensuring “a peaceful and fair election.”
He also extended his heartfelt wishes for Bangladesh’s continued stability and prosperity and expressed optimism for enhanced Pakistan-Bangladesh relations and regional harmony.
