Massive US strikes destroy military installations on Iran's Kharg island, claims Trump

Washington (Web Desk): Washington / Tehran: US President Donald Trump claimed that the United States Central Command executed the most powerful airstrike in Middle Eastern history on Kharg Island, a site of strategic significance for Iran.

According to President Trump, the large-scale bombardment completely destroyed all Iranian military targets on the island.

Located in the Persian Gulf, Kharg Island serves as Iran’s primary oil export hub, handling nearly 90 percent of the nation’s crude oil shipments.

President Trump emphasized that the recent strikes did not target the oil facilities. However, he issued a stern warning that if Iran attempted to obstruct naval traffic in the Strait of Hormuz in retaliation, the oil installations could also be targeted.
