Washington (Web Desk): A statement attributed to US President Donald Trump has claimed that the United States will launch a strong attack on Iran and may soon take control of its oil and gas facilities.

It further claimed that the United States could target key Iranian energy assets, including facilities on Kharg Island and other important oil and gas installations, with the aim of gaining influence over the country’s energy sector.

Referring to Venezuela, the statement alleged that similar strategies had been used in the past, producing outcomes that were described as beneficial for both the United States and Venezuela.
