Karachi (Web Desk): The price of 24 karat gold witnessed a modest rise, with the cost per tola increasing by Rs100 to reach Rs303,100 on Tuesday, compared to Rs303,000 on the previous day.
According to All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association (APSGJA), the price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold edged up by Rs86, settling at Rs259,859, while the 10-gram 22 karat gold also experienced a slight uptick, rising by Rs79 to Rs238,212.
Conversely, silver prices saw a decline. The cost of per tola silver decreased by Rs61, bringing it down to Rs3,312, and the 10-gram silver rate fell by Rs52, now priced at Rs2,839.
Meanwhile, the price of gold in the international market recorded a slight uptick, rising by $1 to reach $2,904, up from the previous rate of $2,903.
