Operation Ghazab lil-Haq: Pakistan Armed Forces destroy ammunition depot in Paktika, Afghan Taliban post near South Waziristan

Islamabad (Web Desk): Pakistan Army continued its counter-strikes against the Afghan Taliban operatives and Fitna al-Khawarij under the ongoing Operation Ghazab lil-Haq.

According to security sources, Pakistan Army reacted quickly by striking an Afghan Taliban position located near Shawal in South Waziristan.

The operation compelled Afghan Taliban fighters and Fitna-e-Khawarij elements to withdraw from the area, while the post itself was blown up with explosives.

They added that the security forces conducted a successful strike on the Shaheen Base in Afghanistan’s Paktika province, completely destroying an ammunition storage facility there.

The security sources further said that operations are continuing along the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, where hideouts and military infrastructure associated with the Afghan Taliban and Fitna al-Khawarij are being targeted.
