Security officials stress national unity to curb Indian-backed 'Fitna al-Khawarij' and'Fitna al-Hindustan'

Lahore (Web Desk): The security sources have emphasized that national unity is inevitable to eliminate threats like “Fitna al-Khawarij” and “Fitna al-Hindustan” from the country.

The security officials said this during an interactive session with media representatives in Lahore.

Pakistan's current security situation, foreign interference, and ongoing anti-terrorism efforts came under detailed discussion during the session.

The security officials stated that the fight against terrorism is not limited to the Pakistan Armed Forces, police, or other security agencies, but is a national struggle in which all citizens must participate.

They stressed that the full implementation of the National Action Plan (NAP) is crucial to completely eradicate terrorism.

During the meeting, the officials revealed that behind all sponsored terrorism in Pakistan, there is evidence of Indian involvement.

Citing a recent incident, they noted that the attacker who targeted the Tarlai Imam Bargah had received training in Afghanistan.

The security sources conveyed a message to the public, stating that while political and religious differences are a right of every citizen, when it comes to the survival of the state and fighting terrorism, unity is imperative.

They warned against divisions based on ethnicity, language, or province, urging the nation to stand together against forces undermining the country’s foundations.

The security officials concluded by reaffirming their commitment to upholding the writ of the state and stated that operations against both internal and external conspirators will continue without exception.
