Islamabad (Staff Report): Strong tremors of earthquake were felt in different cities of Pakistan on Saturday afternoon.
According to Pakistan Meteorological Department, tremors were felt in Abbotabad, Islamabad, Muzzafarabad and the Neelum Valley.
Pakistan Meteorological Department National Seismic Monitoring Centre confirmed that the tremors registered 5.2 on the Richter scale at 3:13PM.
According to US Geological Survey, the epicenter was 13 Kilometres below the surface near Kaghan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
No causalities and damage have been reported yet.
