Lahore (Staff Report): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has said that transparency is being ensured in mega power projects.
Addressing a function in Bhikki on Wednesday, PM Nawaz said eighty four percent works of the Power Plant has been completed which will help overcome energy shortage in the country. The Prime Minister said several new power projects are in final stages, which after completion will solve the energy shortage issue in the country.
Prime Minister also visited different sections of the power plant and lauded quality and pace of the work.
Speaking on the occasion, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that work is being completed speedily at Bhikki, Haveli Bahadur Shah and Balloki power plants. He said that these power plants are exemplary for their speed and transparency.
