PM Shehbaz thanks overseas Pakistanis as remittances surpass $3.4 billion in October

Islamabad (Web Desk): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday voiced appreciation for the contribution of overseas Pakistanis as remittances climbed to $3.4 billion in October, showing an 11.9 percent increase.

In a statement, the prime minister noted that the steady growth in remittances demonstrated the strong faith of Pakistanis abroad in the government’s economic direction.

“Overseas Pakistanis are our invaluable assets, serving the nation and country by sending their hard-earned money,” PM Shehbaz remarked.
