Lahore: (Web Desk) Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader Rana Sanaullah on Tuesday alleged that the treason case against Nawaz Sharif and other party leaders was registered at the behest of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
“The government is taking revenge against its political opponents as Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief believes in the politics of revenge,” Rana Sanaullah said while talking to media in Lahore.
The PML-N leader warned Railways Minister Sheikh Rashid to stay within his limits and avoid targeting Maryam Nawaz in his speeches otherwise these acts may create problems for him.
Rana Sanaullah slammed the government for failing to pass a single resolution against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that Indian agents would not have come to Pakistan from the sky.
If Indians are hatching conspiracy against Pakistan, why the government is not taking action against them?
Meanwhile, the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) extended the interim bail of Rana Sanaullah and Capt (retd) Safdar till October 12 in a case pertaining to clash outside National Accountability Bureau (NAB) office in Lahore.
The court accepted Captain (retd) Safdar's plea of exemption from appearance.
Moreover, police submitted record of the case to the ATC.
