Islamabad (Web Desk): More than 527 operatives of Afghan Taliban have been killed and over 755 others injured since the launch of Operation Ghazab lil-Haq.
The latest figures were shared by Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar through a post on his official X account.
He said that the security forces have dismantled 237 militant check posts during the operation, while another 38 were taken over by troops and later destroyed.
Tarar said the campaign has also caused heavy losses to the militants’ military assets, with over 200 tanks, armoured vehicles and artillery systems reportedly destroyed.
The information minister further stated that aerial strikes were carried out at 62 different sites across Afghanistan as part of the continuing operation.
