Govt reduces petrol, diesel prices by Rs1.97 per litre

Islamabad (Web Desk): The government has announced a reduction in the prices of petroleum products, lowering the rates of both petrol and high-speed diesel by Rs1.97 per litre.

According to the Petroleum Division, the price of petrol has been reduced by Rs1.97 per litre, bringing the new rate to Rs297.53 per litre.

The price of high-speed diesel has also been cut by Rs1.97 per litre, with the revised rate set at Rs309.50 per litre.

The new fuel prices have come into effect immediately.
